<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
2 lbs. ground beef<br />
1 large egg<br />
1/3 cup bread crumbs<br />
1 medium white onion, finely chopped<br />
2 large garlic cloves, minced<br />
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce<br />
1 tablespoon ketchup<br />
salt and pepper, to taste</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
2. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Make sure everything is mixed well.<br />
3. Place mixture into a baking dish. Form mixture into a loaf.<br />
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until meat is cooked.</p>

<p>Serving Size: 6</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
2 lbs. ground chuck<br />
1 oz. Italian croutons<br />
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped<br />
2 teaspoons dried oregano<br />
2 garlic cloves, minced<br />
1 egg<br />
1 medium onion, chopped<br />
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste<br />
1/2 green bell pepper, diced<br />
1/2 cup ketchup</p>
<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />
2. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for the ketchup. Place mixture into a loaf pan or in a baking dish arranging mixture into a rectangle shaped loaf. Rub ketchup over the top of the loaf.<br />
3. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.<br />
4. Use any leftover basil as a garnish.</p>
