The Best Meatloaf

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
1 large egg
6 ounces garlic croutons
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except ketchup. Place mixture in an ungreased loaf pan or on baking sheet arranged into a rectangle shaped loaf. Then spread the ketchup over the top.
3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
