The Perfect Meatloaf Sandwich

Serving Size: 6

Ingredients:
favorite meatloaf recipe, heated
12 slices sourdough bread
mayonnaise, to taste
grainy mustard, to taste
1 large tomatoes, cut into 6 slices
6 romaine lettuce leaves

Directions:
1. Spread 1 slice of bread with mayonnaise. Spread the other slice with mustard.
2. Put warm meatloaf slice on one slice of bread and stack lettuce and tomatoes on top. Enjoy!
